This Privacy Policy explains what data MindFlow AI collects, how it is used, when it is processed by service providers, how it is protected, and how users can request deletion of their account and associated data.
MindFlow AI collects the following data categories when users use the relevant features:

MindFlow AI does not currently declare or collect in-app search history, app-interaction history, or user photos as data categories in its Google Play Data Safety disclosure. Future versions that introduce additional data collection may update this policy before those features are distributed.
Health and fitness information is optional and is collected only when you use the relevant wellness or fitness features or grant the relevant permission.

Automatic activity and step tracking uses supported device sensors. The availability and accuracy of sensor-based measurements may vary by device.
Health and fitness information may be processed by MindFlow AI and its service providers to provide app functionality. Relevant health and fitness information may also be sent to configured AI services such as Google Gemini when needed to generate personalized Daily Report Cards or other requested AI functionality. We do not sell health or fitness information or use it for advertising.
If you choose to use voice input, the app temporarily captures audio so it can be converted into text. The audio is processed ephemerally and is not retained as an audio recording by MindFlow AI. The resulting text may then be used by the requested app feature, including AI features where applicable.

MindFlow AI does not sell personal data. Certain data is processed by service providers that support the app. The Google Play Data Safety disclosure identifies the data categories and purposes declared for the current version of the app.

If you create an account, you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Account deletion: Open MindFlow AI → Profile → Account → Delete Account. You can also use the external deletion page linked below, or contact us by email or WhatsApp.
Individual data deletion: You can delete certain data without deleting your account. For example, you can open the Journal section, select an individual journal entry, and delete it. The selected journal entry is removed while your account and other data remain available.

When an account is deleted, account-associated personal data and active app data are removed from our active systems when the deletion process completes. Legally required payment records may be retained for up to 7 years. Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before being removed through normal backup rotation. Ephemeral voice recordings are not retained.
MindFlow AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.
