Delete Your MindFlow AI Account
MindFlow AI provides clear ways for account holders to request deletion of their account and associated data. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Before deleting: Save any information you want to keep. Once deletion is completed, your account and active associated data cannot be restored.
How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: In-App (Fastest)
Open MindFlow AI → Profile → Account → Delete Account
The account and associated active data are removed when the deletion process completes.
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to mindflowais@gmail.com from the email address registered with your MindFlow AI account.
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: the email address used for your MindFlow AI account and a brief request to delete the account.
Email requests are processed within 7 business days.
Method 3: WhatsApp Request
Send a message to +923044341628 with your deletion request and the email address used for your account.
WhatsApp requests are processed within 7 business days.
Delete Individual Data Without Deleting Your Account
You can delete certain data without deleting your MindFlow AI account.
Delete an Individual Journal Entry
Open MindFlow AI → Journal, select the journal entry you want to remove, and choose Delete.
The selected journal entry is removed while your account and other data remain available.
Other in-app reset or deletion controls may remove the specific feature data to which they apply without requiring account deletion.
What Gets Deleted
- Account information such as name, email address and user/account ID
- Journal entries and mood check-ins
- Health and wellness data, including water intake, caffeine, exercise, energy levels, anxiety levels, appetite and sleep-related information
- Fitness and step history associated with the account
- Garden, creature, stats, badges and streak data associated with the account
- Community posts and comments associated with the account
- Subscription status and account-associated purchase/payment records, subject to the retention exceptions below
Voice Audio
Voice audio used for voice-to-text is processed ephemerally and is not retained as an audio recording by MindFlow AI. Therefore, there is no stored voice recording to delete from our active systems.
What May Be Retained
- Payment and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or other legal obligations.
- Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days as part of normal backup rotation and disaster-recovery processes.
- Anonymous aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained.
- Third-party providers may retain information independently where required by their own legal, security or service-retention obligations.
After Deletion
- You will no longer be able to access the deleted account.
- Account-associated personal data and active app data are removed from our active systems when the deletion process completes.
- Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before being removed through normal backup rotation.
- Legally required payment records may remain for up to 7 years.
- You may create a new MindFlow AI account later, but deleted account data will not be restored.
